Unfortunately the day we returned home from vacation, the person house-sitting accidentally left the faucet running in the master bathroom and flooded the master bedroom, closet, and bathroom vanity. We called Restoration-1 around 8pm and they responded immediately. Brandyn arrived within an hour on a Sunday evening.
We were very impressed by Brandyn and Johnna’s expertise and even more impressed by their friendly and warmhearted personalities. They even walked us through the process with our insurance company. What an relief! Also, the equipment they have is very new and high tech. Their service definitely minimized the damage.
They also gave us great recommendations for flooring replacement and carpentry repair for the vanity.

I would highly recommend Restoration 1! They responded quickly when I called and set up an appt for the following morning (it wasn’t an emergency). Jonna and Brandyn showed up on time for our scheduled appt. Brandyn was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me all the things that he was looking for due to our leak. He then explained to me all of the options that we could use to fix our problem. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into anything. They helped us figure out what we needed to do. I will be calling Restoration 1 again in the future when I need help!
